Payment Policy​

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• Complete Musculoskeletal Medicine, PLLC accepts payment in the form of cash, check, credit card.

Insurance

• We do not accept insurance as payment and are "Out of Network" with most insurance providers; however, some insurance companies will pay for our services due to the rarity of our specialty.

• Please call your insurance provider and find out if Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine and/or Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine services are covered.

• At the patient's request, we will give patients a 'superbill' to send to their insurance company for reimbursement.
